Victor Hugo Rodriguez
President & CEO
He is the Founder and CEO of LatAm Alternatives. Mr Rodriguez has over 17 years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development within the securities industry in the US-LatAm region. He was Partner and Head of Latin American Prime Brokerage for Merlin Securities (Mid Tier Prime Broker) and Director of Global Institutional Sales at Trade Station Securities (publicly held Corporation: TRAD). Before he worked as Director of Latin America for Terra Nova Trading (now LightSpeed Trading) and in the late 90’s he was the Founder President & CEO of Pristine.com Latin America. He has been a live TV Economics News Anchor and currently serves as the Founding Director of The Hedge Fund Association (HFA) – LatAm Chapter. He lives between NYC, South Florida and Latin America. He is married with 2 children.
Alejandro Jose Rodriguez

Alejandro studied Systems Engineering with a special bias in process control. Mr Rodriguez is also Partner of LatAmFinance, a boutique Introducing Broker of financial products and services. Mr Rodriguez was founder and COO at Pristine.com Latin America and the Operations Manager of the Miami Brach for its broker dealer. Mr. Rodriguez worked as the Head of the LatAm Division of Terra Nova Trading. He has over 13 years of experience running Equities, Options, Futures Trading Desks as well as the Client Service aspects of the Brokerage Business. Mr. Rodriguez started his career in 1997 as an FX trader for a Mid Tier Broker Dealer in Latin America. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible to ensure that computer systems and technology are in place to support company operations and company growth. Mr. Rodriguez lives in South Florida but loves to spend part of his time in Colorado where he is an avid Mountain Biker and Snowboarder.
Michelle Furnari

Michelle is an Independent Wealth Manager with 15 years experience in Pure Swiss Private Banking. Having lived 18 years in Geneva, Switzerland she developed a vast know how through her vast experience in the field. She began her carreer in Citigroup Private Bank (Suisse),then moved on to Banque Notz & Stucki, bank related to the group of Notz & Stucki and Cie Hedge Funds, and later on worked for Wycombe Financial Services, a Family Office for UHNW clients, that catered to clients essential needs in investments, specially in the Hedge Funds Universe. Her last position in Switzerland was Head of Southern Cone for Banque Baring Brothers Sturdza in Geneva. In 2009 she relocated with her family to Buenos Aires where she lives with her husband and 2 children. Born in the USA, Michelle holds a Masters in Private Banking from the SWISS I.F.G.P.; a B.S. and double major in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Miami. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
Jose Abbo

Mr. Abbo has authored numerous articles about the financial markets and the
Global economy. He has researched and written for such well-recognized publications as The Economist
Intelligence Unit and America Economia. In 2000 Mr. Abbo published “Divisando Wall Street Desde el Sur de America” (a comprehensive guide for the Spanish-speaking community that explains the workings of the stock market). He makes regular guest appearances on various radio and television programs and has served as an expert witness in financial trials and forensic cases. He was Managing Director Corporate Finance at SFC Investment Panama and before he was Vice President International Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Panama. Mr. Abbo holds a degree in Professional Management from Nova University and has served as an MBA tutor for Tecnológico de Monterrey/ Thunderbird University Panama-based Global MBA programs. He is married with 4 children.
Marisela Cusati

Marisela is an attorney from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She joined our Team in October 2011, she was an International Legal Consultant for a Hedge Fund Law Firm (Capital Management Services Group), before she worked as Tax Lawyer at D’empaire, Reyna & Associates and earlier she worked at PDVSA (Venezuelan Oil Company). In 1999 while studying English as a second language in Boston, Massachusetts she was assisting as a volunteer at Harvard Medical School (The Brigham & Women’s Hospital), She is an avid Marathon Runner and is married with 2 children.
